Foxboro Village

The last of the six Meadows villages is a patio home neighborhood consisting of Capri  models (duplexes)  constructed during the period 1993 to1994.

All 88 single-family Capri model units are built around a lake.  The Capri models are  duplex units sharing one common wall.  Their 2-car garages face the street and the main entrance to each house is at the side.    Each house has 2 bedrooms, 2 baths, living/dining room,  kitchen, laundry room and screened lanai or optional Florida room/den in addition to the aforementioned 2-car garage.
