Lakemont is the second of the six Meadows villages to be built.  This neighborhood contains two-story townhouses known as Stamfords (quadraplexes ) built in 1988.

There are 44 quadraplex townhouses for a total of 176 family units, each with a combination living / dining room, kitchen and laundry room and half bath downstairs, and 2 bedrooms and two full baths upstairs.  Each unit also has a screened or fenced patio.
