The fifth of the Meadows' six  villages was constructed from 1991 to 1992.  This neighborhood consists of 2 types of patio homes, the Capri (duplex) models and the Sun Terrace (quadraplex) patio homes, housing a total of 206 families.   Of those, 158 families live in Capris, some built around a lake.  The Capri models are duplex units sharing one common wall.  Their 2-car garages face the street and the main entrance to each house is at its side.    Each house has 2 bedrooms, 2 baths, living/dining room, kitchen, laundry room, screened lanai or optional Florida room/den, in addition to the aforementioned 2-car garage.

The other 48 families occupy Sun Terrace models.  Each of these quadraplexes consists of a  living/dining  room, 2 bedrooms, kitchen, 2 baths, utility room and screened patio.
